To reserve your rental items, you must sign the rental agreement and submit the 25% non-refundable deposit within 7 days of receiving your quote. This secures your event date and inventory.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event date. If your booking is made within 30 days of the event, payment in full is required at the time of booking.
We offer three service packages:
The rental period begins when you receive the items (pickup or delivery) and ends at the scheduled return or pickup time listed in your agreement.
Late returns may result in additional daily rental charges of $25 per day until items are returned.
The client is responsible for all items from the time they are received until they are returned or picked up. Items must be handled carefully and protected from damage, weather, or misuse.
Clients are responsible for the full replacement cost of any damaged, missing, or stolen items during the rental period.
Items should be returned free of debris and properly repacked in the condition they were received. Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply if excessive restoration is required.
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are responsible for the full contracted rental amount.
In rare cases, we reserve the right to substitute a comparable item of equal or greater value to ensure your event setup is not impacted.
